Build-Your-Own Texas Trio

This Build-Your-Own Texas Trio option allows you to create your own combination of Texas products. Choose one of our Cave-Aged cheeses, then choose a charcuterie option and lastly choose a delectable accompaniment, all sourced from local, Texas companies.

For your charcuterie options, we have Tuscan Salami and Chorizo from Visca Charcuteria and Bison and Quail Sausage from La Villa Ranch.

For your accompaniment, you can choose from four different styles of jam/preserves: Amaretto Peach Pecan Preserves, Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves, Triple Berry, or Bacon Apple Jam. We also have a Sourdough Sea Salt Cracker from The Sourdough Project and Olives from The Texas Hill Country Co. to choose from.
